Complimentary parking for all guests. Handicap parking available as well.
Each rental includes one complimentary hour for set up and one complimentary hour for breakdown.
Clients are responsible for event setup. Tables and chairs can be left as is at the end of the event.
Alcohol: For $175, we offer licensed and insured bartending services that includes one bartender for up to 5 hours serving 75 guests, our elegant white bar, all essential bar tools, cocktail straws and cocktail napkins. Additional bartenders are $125.
- Clients can bring in their own bartender for a $75 fee. Outside bartenders waive any responsibility of Grand Gala for guests and bartenders must provide their own bar items. Outside bartending does not include our white bar.

Security is required for all teen events, events serving alcohol and events with over 100 guests at $150 per event
A Non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to reserve your date.
GG requires a refundable damage deposit of $125. The deposit covers possible damages to property, time overage, or any alcohol that is on the premises without prior knowledge. Deposit will be returned within (7) business days after inspection is conducted by management and everything is in the same condition as it was prior to the event and everything is out of the building by the contract time.
- Client is responsible for taking out their own trash. Dumpster is located in the front of the building.
- Client/caterer is responsible for kitchen clean up.
- Client is responsible for cleaning all spills.
- Client is responsible for removing all personal items.
Client can bring in their own caterer, food and beverages. No cooking on site! Chaffing dishes are approved.
